this guy acts like a child idk how he ever managed to lead a whole cardiology department in chicago. he’s also a big fat bully who treats london like a whore at his beck and call. and has also said he won’t apologise for his behaviour bc “he doesn’t feel bad about it so he won’t and” zach is so fucking condescending. most of the book he is purely driven by lust
