Boundaries are non-negotiable for me; without them, I burn out and collapse. This means I sometimes have to say no to myself, to others, and to events. Setting boundaries is an important part of your mental health and wellbeing, as without them you might find yourself experiencing poor relationships, anger, resentment, stress, financial burdens, wasted time, profound exhaustion and burnout.
