Switched to audio. 'meh' so far and for the audio, I'd rather have a pdf of the exercises than keep hearing 'you can pause now and come back when you’re ready' and all the pauses between materials/steps, then repeating the exercise a second time but faster. This pads the book in an annoying way. Might be a me thing since I own a physical copy I can cross reference but this is the only audiobook I’ve heard this.
