I thot I'd need longer time to reset myself from the withdrawal syndrome, but the moment I read someone else's novel I began to miss my fav author. I'm glad the author is a she.
As I need to adjust with the new reading glasses, I choose this novel since HSKU's books usually use larger font size. Something isn't right when I read "kedutaan-kedutaan dalam" instead of "kedutan-kedutan dalam."

Namun begitu plotnya langsung tidak mirip mana² cerita di atas. Ia ibarat asimilasi pelbagai elemen, yg hasil naratifnya adalah kreativiti penulis sendiri.

I have difficulty picturing Morgan Archer as a woman, because one of the recent K-dramas that I watched has its main character's name as Morgan Park / Park Morgan, a handsome male lead 🙊🙈

After several pages, a number of movies came to my mind. Could be pure coincidence, or they could be the author's source of inspiration. Regardless, I'm happy that a Malaysian author is capable to write a good science fiction like this. She could be the next Isaac Asimov.
