alright there it is. I'm legitimately impressed. Considering how this book has started I'm utterly shocked that she told him how she felt rather than just constantly telling the reader. She had a confrontation and it turned into a game of implied anger but here she actually said out loud what her beef was. He used her and she wasn't cool with it. Bravo. If he has a defense he's not offering it.

good lord it was a joke. you don't need to "I'm not like other girls" this hard. She refuses to wear jeans because they're too plain? She can't wear her Nightmare Before Christmas shirt because it's too morbid? She has to watch Pitch Perfect over and over again because her friend thinks Texas Chainsaw Massacre is too violent. Why can't they find a bloody middle ground?
