Belle > Status Update

Too much telling, not enough showing. Definitely a distinct lack of descriptions in this book (so far). I appreciate the need to continue driving an “action” story forward, but.. I would have liked to have seen the settings a bit more.

Main character is not particularly likeable. Will shelf this book for a while and maybe come back to it later.

Shame because the premise was good.
