Unfortunately I have to return this book to its owner... But so far it is a great read! Perfect for reading in the tub or on the couch on a rainy day ; )

Pro: I had a general idea about how extrovert-centric our culture is, but she delves even further into the issue. And therefore I'm starting to see that MORE of my frustrations are introversion/extroversion related than I realize.
Con: she associates some qualities to introversion that aren't (according to Myers-Briggs) accurate. For example, not all introverts are organised and emotionally sensitive.
