Unfortunately I have to return this book to its owner... But so far it is a great read! Perfect for reading in the tub or on the couch on a rainy day ; )

Yes!!! This: "In most settings, people use small talk as a way of relaxing into a new relationship, and only once they’re comfortable do they connect more seriously. Sensitive people seem to do the reverse. They “enjoy small talk only after they’ve gone deep,” says Strickland. “When sensitive people are in environments that nurture their authenticity, they laugh and chitchat just as much as anyone else.”"

Pro: I had a general idea about how extrovert-centric our culture is, but she delves even further into the issue. And therefore I'm starting to see that MORE of my frustrations are introversion/extroversion related than I realize.
Con: she associates some qualities to introversion that aren't (according to Myers-Briggs) accurate. For example, not all introverts are organised and emotionally sensitive.
