I’ve been observing this in myself lately as i meditate.
Simply sitting in the awkwardness has become a type of fun game.
Allowing myself to breathe in and take a pause instead of interjecting unnecessary words.

This afternoon I was emotionally disregulated. I recognized this feeling, and after 20 min trying to get out, I decided to try to come out of it w/ meditation. It’s working!

The hardest part of my last heartbreak was just admitting to myself that I was going through intense pain. It was difficult to admit that i was hurting 💔
