If smoke is so thick that you are compromised by smoke inhalation it’s not going to be a quick clean up afterwards. Smoke damage is awful and pervasive. Hey ho it’s fiction.

Descended into melodrama. I do think Poe was TSTL at times and oblivious most of the time. The insta wasn’t for me either.

Nearly halfway through and I have absolutely no idea what Poe looks like. He might be a leprechaun for all I know. It makes Alonso’s instant attraction hard to believe.
