The author has done a fairly good job of describing the different crafts until she got to fabric types. It's OK. Most people would not catch this stuff but apparently I am a fabric nerd.

Knitting is also cool! I learned crochet and am working with silk for a hair snood/net and it's so soft.
This would be my best friend too, she crochets and sews and can’t turn that fabric knowledge off 😂
