i’m finishing this book just because of how close to the end i am, but then i’m never reading anything by this author again because of how disgusting this one sex scene is. both technically trash and morally fucking gross at the same time.

aaaaaand somehow, dean is an even worse person than we’d already known

it just doesn’t make sense that anna and leo would fall apart to this extent after one singular moment of miscommunication. everything we’ve seen of their relationship so far shows that it’s one built on frank honesty, so it’s a gross manipulation of their relationship for neither of them (or really both of them) to try and talk this through IMMEDIATELY. miscommunication trope done fucking h o r r i b l y

if things went any further than anna punching dean in the face i’m going to kms

this is fucking gross. leo just got SA’d because of dean and now dean follows anna to SA her, knowing she’s vulnerable because of what he orchestrated between anna and leo??? what a fucking scumbag

it was noted literally 4 pages ago that Dean and Anna are fighting to be top of their class and now it’s repeated again. from the same person’s pov. again; first draft levels of sloppiness

the author describing attraction as “an uncomfortable squeezing in my guts” is definitely a spoiler for how badly they’ll write sex scenes
