So this is one of those books that many people would be embarrassed to read. Self-help books are a declaration that something is not right in our lives. However, I really like self-help books at this moment they are like a mini cheerleader in my pocket.

So the author talks about how important boundaries are. I think that this is important reflection. She also talks about how to cyber day. It is very important that you talk to the person in person are through FaceTime ( my suggestion for 2023). This will prevent any ridiculous penpal situations.
