This story is already hilarious just one chapter in. A lot of reviews said that the writing is bad but I strongly disagree, to the point where I keep forgetting that it's fiction. I am listening to the audiobook and it is extremely well performed.
I have already laughed out loud multiple times now and I am excited to see where this story goes! Such a wild and unique concept (children who combust when anxious lol)

This book!! So funny and sweet and oddly relatable for being about children that spontaneously combust lol! Even more than that, this audiobook is a whole one-woman performance! Absolutely incredible work on the part of the narrator.
I have read non-fiction almost exclusively for 8+ years so to stray from that and find a book like this is a breath of fresh air. Fun and worth a listen!
