Wow! The past two mornings, I have done chakra chanting meditations. Each morning, different vowel sounds for them. I definitely feel calmer and more alert. When I’m chanting the vowels, I can hear harmonics from my voice.

I do have to warm up my voice before I practice I think. My throat feels strained. It probably doesn’t help my throat chakra either, lol!

Absolutely incredible! I’ve always been interested in harmonies and this gives me a vast understanding of why it has drawn me to it. I’m excited to learn more and to explore my own inner harmonics with my voice.
