There are so many things wrong with this book. The plot is motivated completely by a lack of communication. Jade is forced into a marriage is so that her new husband can teach her the ropes of the society she now lives in. Instead, he’s constantly tricking her and manipulating her. He’s a constant asshole, and she is so ruled by her sex drive that she thinks it’s sexy. It’s dysfunctional on so many levels.
