Wow, ok, some veiled judgement for single mothers there. Because she’s not married and has kids it’s ok to abduct her? What? I think this is supposed to be a joke but yikes, badly done.

Good grief, this book is way too long. She writes in the authors notes that she cut out a lot of unnecessary scenes but I’m thinking she should have cut way more than she did.

That’s not how ice cream is made. There’s no flour and it needs to be churned in a frozen bowl then set for three to eight hours, but ok, I guess I’ll let this slide.

It was like half a second and totally unnecessary. Sometimes she’s so off with her jokes I wish she had honest beta readers or an editor.

The last book I read from her gave me a headache from the amount of exposition. Lots of tell, not enough show.

That was such an odd scene…
It came out of nowhere and doesn’t fit with the plot at all so I am choosing to pretend it doesn’t exist.
