Good grief, this book is way too long. She writes in the authors notes that she cut out a lot of unnecessary scenes but I’m thinking she should have cut way more than she did.

That’s not how ice cream is made. There’s no flour and it needs to be churned in a frozen bowl then set for three to eight hours, but ok, I guess I’ll let this slide.

To be fair I can’t imagine “peace” and “cockatoo” existing in the same sentence lmao. Cockatoos are… a lot. 😳 even the “well behaved” ones!

This one is not well behaved, and yes they are loud and obnoxious birds. He thinks it’s his rival to be her mate, and I kind of think the bird thinks so too.
