Is this book supposed to be predictable? I mean my God

I hate to DNF a book this far in but damn am I BORED.

I'm at a solid 2 star rating so far and I just don't think the last 35% is going to save it.

One more god damned flashback and I swear I'm going to lose it

You know how in Lost every damn episode had a flashback?

Well, that's what this book feels like. And it's really getting on my nerves. I personally don't love frequent flashbacks (or truthfully any flashbacks at all) unless they really add something to the plot. These do not.

It's very much giving "not like the other girls" !!!!

Ok. Ok. Maybe it's the voice actress... Although I have a feeling it's the character herself.... But I kind of hate the narrator? Am I supposed to? Is this part of the experience?
Granted I'm VERY early on in this book but wow.
