I'm gonna say the second is worse, and low and behold, it's what the MC is doing. What a catch! I would have preferred if he was a sex worker.

So, apparently, this man can add "home invasion" to his rap sheet. Red flags galore! Definitely not boyfriend material.

When the blurb said it was a "modern take on the classic Sherlock Holmes Mystery, The Hound of the Baskervilles." I thought it would be inpired by it, not a copy paste with different characters.
