A fascinating story. You should be careful what ends you fully commit yourself to, heart, soul, and strength.

How about a final read for the road, since I'll be returning this to the library in a few minutes? I love Arnold Lobel.

I want one last read before I finalize my review of this book. Grasshopper on the Road deserves a final intensive look.

I get more out of this with every read. No one does easy reader insights like Arnold Lobel. Even Syd Hoff isn't as consistent.

My second read of this book. I think I'll go three stars, but this time through should solidify my opinion. Spending time with Arnold Lobel is a unique treat.

That story, "The Sweeper", was so good. Arnold Lobel has a genius knack for distilling complex philosophy into stories for the youngest readers. I love him.

I greet every Arnold Lobel easy reader with excitement. Here's to my first ever read of this book.
