I hope you rot in the coldest, deepest, darkest pit of hell, and may your soul never feel peace or ease,

Can we appreciate for a second how spot-on perfect Sanderson's metal health representation is? It shines brighter in this book than any of the others.

Also, super epic Vasher conversation. I was suspecting all these Warbreaker tie-ins but I couldn't be sure and OUCH I HAVE A SUNBURN ON MY ANKLE

Audrey It takes me six months to read one of these books.

Ethan the Bibliophile I'm glad I'm not the only one πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ makes me feel much better

Audrey And I really should go through them again before Book 5.

Ethan the Bibliophile I lined it up perfectly that I could start book 5 right as it drops, but I need to take a break from books that take me this stinking long to read.

Jesse Ooh yeah, enjoy The Godfather III. I love that film, and, even if it is inferior to the first two, is still a great movie in my opinion. Don't know why people conplain about that film so much. Al Pacino's performance is just...mwuah.

Jesse *complain.

Ethan the Bibliophile It was a fine movie. At my level of comprehension, all 3 of the movies had a decent percentage of the film that flew over my head, and that's just generally frustrating for any movie. It didn't feel different from the first 2 in that regard, but in terms of the "mafianess" it did feel a little suffocated. Michael was a different character than he was in part II, but that really didn't bother me at all, for its own reasons.

Jesse Fair enough! I really liked where they took Michael's character. It's interesting to see someone of his past get to an old age and see them feel that devastating regret of his deeds. So many scenes of Pacino just acting his head off in a new form, and I love to watch it.
Did you see the original cut or CODA?

Ethan the Bibliophile Yeah I agree. And Pacino did do a really good job. So did Andy Garcia.

I haven't seen any of the additional stuff, but my dad was talking about some of them. Maybe I'll watch them at some point.
