Read thru Genesis 24. The amount of times I've read Genesis is insane, y'all. And directly related to the amount of times I've tried to read all the way through the Bible.🫣🤫But it's important in understand Who God is and why Jesus came, so there's no such thing as too much🙃

All caught up… almost finished with the minor prophets but reading the post exile history books before i read the post exile prophets. Reading Esther is hilarious having grown up on the veggietales version because it was an amazing adaptation… though every time someone’s hanged all I can think of is the IsLe Of PeRpEtUaL tIcKlInG!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m in several different books right now, but reading through the Old Testament like this really helps one realize how much we need Jesus- I’m so excited to get to the New Testament!

Read thru Exodus 19 today. We also read Job because it's a chronological plan and I don't think I'd ever read all the way thru it before!

I think this is the fourth year I've tried... but I'm doing it with my three closest friends this year so really hoping I can make it through... plus having a more consistent Bible habit... but it's definitely a challenge!!
I still can’t believe that i use to think Genesis was so boring BRO after i did that reread, there was just so much to take from it, i was literally so sad when i finished it 😭🙏
There really is a lot there! I love seeing how every part of God's plan points to the Cross and His Son, and how His plans always work out exactly how He meant them to!
