All caught up… almost finished with the minor prophets but reading the post exile history books before i read the post exile prophets. Reading Esther is hilarious having grown up on the veggietales version because it was an amazing adaptation… though every time someone’s hanged all I can think of is the IsLe Of PeRpEtUaL tIcKlInG!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m in several different books right now, but reading through the Old Testament like this really helps one realize how much we need Jesus- I’m so excited to get to the New Testament!

I think this is the fourth year I've tried... but I'm doing it with my three closest friends this year so really hoping I can make it through... plus having a more consistent Bible habit... but it's definitely a challenge!!
I still can’t believe that i use to think Genesis was so boring BRO after i did that reread, there was just so much to take from it, i was literally so sad when i finished it 😭🙏
There really is a lot there! I love seeing how every part of God's plan points to the Cross and His Son, and how His plans always work out exactly how He meant them to!
