I am passionate about helping people to live in a more balanced & healthy way, yet sometimes I have found it frustrating to have a limited amount of time & energy (due to being only one person with a limited number of days in the year), which means that until I started writing I was only able to support about 200-300 people per year on retreats that I run. Being able to reach potentially 10s of thousands of people is so much better.(less)
