Andy Smith liked John's review of Practical NLP: How to Use NLP Principles to Improve Your Life and Work, Even if You’re Not NLP Trained: "Good stuff Well written, easy to comprehend and put to use. I've been to several NLP training sessions and in my opinion Andy Smith nails it. I could have saved a few bucks just reading and applying his books."
