One of my dear readers has written a fic as a gift for me and my daughter, and it's really lovely! If you enjoyed my Pokémon/Harry Potter crossover fic "The Very Best", then have a peek at Andante825's new story, "A Heart So True". It's a rescue!fic and young Harry Potter has a cute Boggart-like Mimikyu companion.

On Friday morning (AEST) I'll be posting the first part of a new multi-chapter crossover fic, combining the Harry Potter and Lucifer fandoms, and starring young Harry Potter. Look out for "Harry Potter in the City of Angels", coming soon! It is complete, and will update on Tuesday and Friday mornings (Mon/Thurs evenings for my readers in the US). It will be hosted on both FFN and AO3.

"Harry Potter in the City of Angels" is now up. It is six chapters long and will have twice-weekly guaranteed updates on Tuesdays and Fridays until all chapters are up. It's a crossover of Harry Potter and Lucifer fandoms, and contains a short summary of the Lucifer fandom for those unfamiliar with it who'd like to give this crossover a try anyway. :)

Chapter two of "Harry Potter in the City of Angels" is now up, my Harry Potter/Lucifer crossover. It updates on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I'm now returning to working on my exhaustingly long next fic in the "Perfectly Normal" series. Poor WIP, it's been neglected for two months while I've had my Lucifer fic writing binge.

Chapter three of "Harry Potter in the City of Angels" is now up, my Harry Potter/Lucifer crossover. The next chapter will be uploaded on Tuesday morning, AEST.

Chapter four of "Harry Potter in the City of Angels" is now up. The final two chapters will go up this Friday morning, and next Tuesday morning, AEST.

Chapter five of "Harry Potter in the City of Angels" is now up. The last chapter will go up next Tuesday morning (AEST).

I've been back at work on the next "Perfectly Normal" draft fic this week, and I'm now halfway through writing chapter 11. I'm falling behind with responding to reviews again, sorry! I'm still reading & loving them all, so please keep reviewing. <3

Do you think I should add this fic to my Goodreads list? It's a middle-sized fic of around 24K words.

Removal of Chapter.

Unfortunately, due to a disheartening series of negative, rude, and outright abusive reviews, the epilogue (chapter six) of "Harry Potter in the City of Angels" has now been removed from fanfiction dot net.

If you wish to read this bonus content you can find it on AO3 only. I believe the story stands well on its own without this bonus content, which was intended as a gift for curious readers wondering, "What happened next?"

This long HP series thus far reminds me a lot of my own "Perfectly Normal" fanfic series, and I recommend it to my readers who are looking for something a bit similar to devour. It has some similar themes of a Slytherin!Harry, an awkwardly protective Snape, a pet snake, some pure-blood culture elements, and a relatively realistic take on the long-term effects of child neglect.
It's not a copy, it's a unique work in its own right, it's simply playing with similar tropes. It's well-written and edited, with an engaging storyline.
I'm currently up to "Pyrite", the third fic in the series.
