Barbara A. Luker is an avid reader of all types of books but it wasn’t until later in life her writing career was realized. Luker is a lifelong Minnesota resident who recently (2024) retired from almost 36 years working with the City of Saint Peter. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing with the newest addition to her family – her polydactyl rescue cat Annie. She is a dedicated fan of the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Vikings and loves to travel internationally. She is a Certified Municipal Clerk and while she loves music, to this day she remains her third grade piano teacher’s greatest disappointment.

As a fan of suspense novels this one does not disappoint! The author kept me going until the very end unable to figure out who the bad guy was. To me that’s a sign of a really good suspense novel. Highly recommend.
