If I could give this ten stars, I would.

Profoundly moving. A book about women’s rights and empowerment and motherhood and friendship. My lord, I’ll be thinking about this for the rest of my life. I cried, I laughed. It was just phenomenal.
Amy Johnson is 50% done with Lessons in Chemistry: I did not expect this book to be so gut-wrenching. I’m halfway through and I’ve cried multiple times and felt for Elizabeth on so, so many levels.

Kim Petersen, Battle Crow: A Post-Apocalyptic Survival Thriller

“When someone you love dies, a part of your heart is forever dissolved along with their essence. The feeling is surreal and tangible at the same time, and the reality that you'll never see their face again returns daily like a morning mist--cool, cloudy, and a chill to the bones.”
Kim Petersen, Battle Crow: A Post-Apocalyptic Survival Thriller

“Anyone can show compassion to their allies. Leaders show it to their enemies.”
