The convention itself was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed it. There were also some extra's for us - the meeting with Mr. S.M. Stirling and his lovely wife, Jan. Getting to know Kier Salmon, as well as meeting other people who we haven't seen for a year or more. But one of the high points for us had to be when Sam ran the demo game of D6 Epic, set in S.M. Terri Pray liked an answer from Lois McMaster Bujold: Are the books Penric creates the printing plates for sold for profit by the Temple, or distributed free to help spread knowledge as a Temple mission? Free to temples, sold to private individuals? Would anything Penric creates plates for be considered Temple property, or could he create something to sell for himself, like a book of his adventures, or to teach the general public about demons, “Demons for Dummies”? The answers to all these questions is "Yes", variously. "Demons for Dummies" is an interesting idea; Pen would certainly be all for it, if it ever occurs to him. Ta, L. Lois Bujold
