Jim Kochanoff’s specialty is action/adventure, putting the reader into adrenaline driven stories. His first novel “Men of Extreme Action” is based on the action movie industry and is signed with Toonz Animation of India to be produced as an animated television pilot.

He is the former production manager of the animated children series, “The Hippo Tub Co.” airing on the CBC and created by Canadian musician Anne Murray.

He is the Chairman of the Nova Scotia SPCA and uses the proceeds from his children’s book towards this worthy charity. He is Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA) and works for the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness. Good mystery and the book stuck the ending. Couple times the clues felted a bit forced but overall I recommend the read.

Good story, concept, two of the main characters I liked. My only complaint is that is seemed to take longer than it needed to get to the resolution.

The mystery, puzzles and main character were good. But too many viewpoints, an overly long story and the raccoon made it feel goofy.

Little slow getting into but once you got to the series, you would enjoy the stories if you enjoyed the shows.

What a strange book. The main character was interesting and so was the story. Sometimes the plot was a bit crazy but overall I would recommend.
