Capturing the essence of the scene on whic…moreHaving a series planned, I don't get writer's block per se. I break a cardinal rule in that I edit as I go. Capturing the essence of the scene on which I am working is important to me so my word count is less for each hour spent. If you have the end point in mind, writing to that end is much easier. I find distractions to be much more troublesome. Something always comes up to get in the way of the writing. To minimize that, have that sacred space you can go to for focus.(less)
