Dan Baker - Dayton Ohio Police Department ( 25 yrs) beginning as a rookie officer in uniform later served as a Homicide Detective. Later as Lieutenant, served as Commander of the Violent Crime Detective Bureau and as Commander of the Hostage Negotiaon Team.

Other relevant career positions: First Executive Director of the Cincinnati Citizen Complaint Authority 2002-2004 following the 2001 riots in the city. The CCA is a key element of the nationally renowned Collaborative Agreement between the City CPD and numerous minority and religious groups spawned by the shooting of numerous black males by police and subsequent riots. Go out, see people, exercise. Allow free time for your brain...sometimes the subconscious awakens when you least expect it and solutions and ideas come to the surface. Talking to a peer can be liberating too when you accept all writers suffer through this. (less)
