Dan Baker - Dayton Ohio Police Department ( 25 yrs) beginning as a rookie officer in uniform later served as a Homicide Detective. Later as Lieutenant, served as Commander of the Violent Crime Detective Bureau and as Commander of the Hostage Negotiaon Team.

Other relevant career positions: First Executive Director of the Cincinnati Citizen Complaint Authority 2002-2004 following the 2001 riots in the city.
