Emilie Ocean is a fiction writer, ghostwriter, editor, and business owner hailing from Reunion Island.

She is armed with a BA degree in Literature and Languages from Blaise Pascal University, France, an MA degree in Literary Translation from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a certificate in proofreading.

When writing, Ocean specialises in science-fiction, fantasy, and romance.

Her passion for languages is evident in her ability to fluently speak Reunionese, French, English, and Spanish, which she seamlessly incorporates into her novels.

Being a strong advocate of self-publishing, she recently opened an online bookstore (www.bookedandhooked.com) with author Luisa Perez to provide indie authors with a place to sell their books.

Amazing read! This book was so good! I devoured it. I loved the characters and the plot. It’s spicy and sweet and full of emotions. I’m so glad I got to experience it all.

Loved it! Of Salt and Sweetness is a sweet, cosy, and spicy novella. I really enjoyed it. Loved the characters, their arcs, and the plot.
