It’s definitely tough to manage energy, time, and frequency while working a demanding full-time job like software engineering. That said, reading and writing have an irresistible pull for me, they always find their way in.

I set small, achievable goals within realistic timelines, give myself enough space for big-picture (macro) tasks, and keep moving forward by tackling micro tasks at a steady pace. Consistency helps me more than intensity.(less)
