We were out getting some exercise on a walk, when--and I wish I could remember why this came up--we started talking about zombies eating brains. That transformed into why zombies at brains. Which moved to the idea that zombies were hungry.

I couldn't get that out of my head, so it just rattled around until the plot for Edible Complex came out. Yes, that's pretty much just the framework for the story itself, but it is still the spark that created the story.(less)

Stranger Things

I am a child of the 80's. I graduated high school, started college, and went through the majority of my life-shaping experiences in the 80's (and very early 90's). And with that caveat, let me say that Stranger Things has nailed it.
