The award is for translated fiction by living authors, first published in the UK, by a UK publishing house, between 1 May 2021 and 30 April 2022. Please do not add books that are clearly ineligible under the prize rules, and that are not to be published between those dates.
Please note that voting on this list has no bearing on the official prize.

If adding a title to this list, please bear in mind:
- US readers, please note - they only accept books from UK publishers! Publisher must have its "principal place of business" in the UK and issue the book with a UK ISBN. (The translation may have been released earlier in other English-speaking countries, but never previously issued by any British publisher.)
- Author and translator must be alive at the time of the prize.
- No retranslations, or reprints of translations previously published in Britain.
The full official rules for the 2022 prize can be read here in a PDF on the Booker Prize site.

Removed: EXCERPTS FROM AI by R.A. Suarez. Appears to be a) originally in English and b) a self-published Kindle book c) partly written by AI - one thing awards don't yet have rules for.

Excited there is a new Marieke Lucas Rijneveld in Dutch - but is there a scheduled Uk date for a translation?I've removed this for now pending an English language version.
L'italiano by Shukri al-Mabkhout appears to be a translation from Arabic into Italian, and I'm not sure if there is an English version of Suiza by Bénédicte Belpois. Have left on for now though.
Removed Yesterday by Juan Emar from Peirene as author is deceased, and similar A Luminous Novel from Andotherstories

Yes sorry for not informing. Read through the Europa catalogue a while back and added based on the information there.
Would Red Milk qualify? American FSG published it, but its MCD imprint is being sold at the Hay Festival.

Added now
Tommi wrote: "Yes sorry for not informing. So if you wanted to vote for them you'd need to revote/
Será larga la noche and The Night Will Be Long are the same book, so it is duplicated. If someone could, please, fix it... thanks.
Alysson wrote: "Será larga la noche and The Night Will Be Long are the same book, so it is duplicated. If someone could, please, fix it... thanks."I've kept The Night Will Be Long and generally tried to tidy up to English language versions of novels.
NB I've also removed Salina The Three Exiles as this was a March 2021 book so should have been eligible last year

Anyone can add books to this list.
