The heroine is a bodyguard or some sort of protector to/for the hero.

The heroine is the one who fiercely guards her heart and fights her feelings and the hero is the one that opens her heart to love.

The heroine kidnaps the hero.

The heroine is the “bad girl” and the hero is the “good boy”.

The heroine is the warrior-type and the hero is the scholarly or artistic type.

The heroine is the “alpha” and the hero is the submissive or omega/beta in the relationship, or both are alphas.

The heroine is the pirate or sea captain and the hero is not a pirate but something else.

And it can be on the societal level in world-builds as well like:

Female rulers and male slaves or servants.

Females have the most or all the power in their society.

Females are physically stronger than males.

Reversed regency or Victorian values but can be in the future or in other time periods.
