I know autism comes in many different forms, of which Asperger is one. But who's autistic in The Remains of the Day (#42)? I can't remember, but then it's been a while since I've read the book.

Autism and Asperger's are exactly the same thing (Aspergers is not longer a diagnosis because its no different from autism). Is it possible to change list titles? Something like 'Best Fiction About Autistic People'

I did not find a button for editing this, but you have a point. "Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 1" is the replacement for "Asperger's Syndrome." I don't care for the APA's changing the terminology myself.

Assuming you want to change the title? Try clicking on the 'edit' link at the end of the description. It should give you the possibility to change the title (as well as giving you other options).

Well yes and no. A lot of people formerly diagnosed with Aspergers don't fit into the level system that way (hence why it the diagnosis was scrapped, the only difference really was whether you learned to speak earlier than allistic kids tend to) and would be considered medium or high support. Its called a spectrum for a reason

I think Stevens is definitely on the autistic spectrum. Most notably, he has great difficulty in socializing with people, can't understand and relate to 'bantering', has problems identifying and expressing emotions (Miss Kenton). The only social setting he appears to feel comfortable in, is talking to other butlers about their profession, which seems to be his 'special interest'. I haven't finished the book yet, but I've found it fascinating to discover these traits and look out for them.

The first thing I thought was Stevens was on the autism spectrum. This page was the only reference I found of other people considering it.
