Some of the most successful writers have a formula for developing a plot and the story. I have not yet written in this way.
I write based on something that very closely connects with me. I had writer's block for 12 years between my first book and The Immigrant's Journey. Fortunately The Immigrant's Clan seems to give me similar energy.
Who knows what would be next? Maybe I will find another personal story that consumes e, or I will need to become a "formula" writer.
