I don't think I ever have writer's block. My trouble is trying to find ways of getting to the writing when there is so much else that needs doing. I find I'm constantly scribbling down notes, many of which I don't get to use.
A few years ago I started using Evernote to keep a track of them, it's useful because it can take multiple formats and I can use it on whatever device is handy.
