Goodreads asked C. Edward Baldwin:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

C. Edward Baldwin Personally, I don't believe in writer's block. I feel you can always write something. Does that mean I don't get stuck on plot points every now and then? Absolutely not. When I'm stuck on a particular point, be it the plot or how I want to describe a character, I'll simply move on to something else. I can always go back and edit. So, I just keep writing. So, here's my Jedi Mind Trick--You don't have writer's block. Writer's block does not exist. You will will always write!
