Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Matt Eaton Many years ago, I travelled into Australia's red centre - in search of alien life, believe it or not! I firmly believed at the time I had a chance of a close encounter and camped out in the desert outside Alice Springs awaiting the arrival. That didn't happen, but it was quite an adventure, tinged with strange dreams and the mystery of that amazing eternal landscape. From there, my story went in many different directions before ending up on its current trajectory.
