What’s the best thing about being a writer?

A.S. Minor In almost all ancient cultures (prior to Roman cultural advancements) writers were revered. In many, they were looked at as shamans, or priests, or any number of special people who lived firmly between this world and another. I believe that's true. Not the existential bit, but as far as the fact that we, as writers, seetc and experience the world differently than others. It's our curse and our blessing!
