Goodreads asked Nikolas Larum:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Nikolas Larum Over the years, I've learned that "writer's block" is simply a symptom that tells you that you aren't ready to write yet. Nothing to stress about. Do a little more research, take a walk, read a good story, watch a movie. Let the incubator work. When it's ready, it will spill on the page.

Another great key I discovered was to not write myself out. If I was working on a scene or a chapter, I would stop before it was completed with a small note to myself of where we were going. Whenever I came back to the page, the pump was already primed.
