“وتساءلت بعدها ... : تُرى لماذا يحرص ركاب القطار أو الطائرة الذين تجمعهم الأقدار في رحلة سفر على أن يتعاملوا فيما بينهم برقة وأدب وعطف متبادل واستعداد للمجاملة والحرص على مشاعر الآخرين؟
وأجد الجواب دائماً في أنهم يعرفون أنهم رفاق سفر لن يطول وسوف يتفرقون بعده ويذهب كل منهم إلى وجهته.. لهذا فهم يترفعون خلال الرحلة القصيرة عن الصغائر..
فإذا كان الأمر كذلك.. فلماذا لا يهوِّن رفاق رحلة الحياة على أنفسهم وعلى شركائهم متاعب السفر بنفس هذه الروح وبحسن المعاشرة وبالتعاطف المتبادل ورحلة الحياة مهما طالت قصيرة..”
