تحمل اللوحة إلى صانع أُطرٍ ماهر،
فيضع لها إطاراً ربما أجمل.
أما إذا تشوهت اللوحة،
بسبب خلل فنى أصلى،
وبقى إطارها سليماً
فلن تحتاج إليه
إلا إذا نقص الحطب فى المدفأة.
كذلك الفكرة : إذا انكسر إطارها
وجدت لها إطاراً أقوى وأصلب.
أما إذا انكسرت الفكرة،
فلن يكون إطارها السليم
غير ذكري حزينة،
تحتفظ بها كما
يحتفظ راع خائب
بجرس كبش من قطيعه،
افترسته الذئاب”
