I despise authors who use negative stereotypes about pit bull-type dogs. Their goal seems to be to make a generalized point, however, all they do for this reader is perpetuate a myth that anyone familiar with pit bull-type dogs knows is a falsehood. Authors, if you find yourself leaning toward this type of inaccurate generalization, make more of an effort to put more thought into your writing. Thanks.
