“I want in fact more of you. In my mind I am dressing you with light; I am wrapping you up in blankets of complete acceptance and then I give myself to you. I long for you; I who usually long without longing, as though I am unconscious and absorbed in neutrality and apathy, really, utterly long for every bit of you.”
― Franz Kafka, Letters to Milena

“I had my first dream about you last night.
Really? She smiles. What was it about?
I don't remember exactly but the whole time I was dreaming, I knew you were mine.”
― Lang Leav, Love & Misadventure

“You were you,
and I was I;
we were two
before our time.

I was yours
before I knew,
and you have always
been mine too.”
― Lang Leav, Love & Misadventure

“And you became like the coffee,
In the deliciousness,
and the bitterness
and the addiction.”
― Mahmoud Darwish
