মৌলভী স্যার তার বয়ান শুরু করেন। "এখন থেলে এসেম্বলি শুরু হবে বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহিম বলে। শপথ নেয়ার আগে সবাইকে সূরা ফাতেহা পড়তে হবে। যার যেরকম ইচ্ছা সেরকম পোশাক পরে আসা চলবে না। কেননা সরকার জাতীয় পোশাক ঠিক করেছে। ছাত্রদের সবাইকে পাজামা পাঞ্জাবি আর টুপি পরে আসতে হবে। ছাত্রীদের পরতে হবে সেলোয়ার কামিজের সঙ্গে বিছানার চাদরের মতো বড় ওড়না। আল্লাহ কখনো সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের পছন্দ করেন না। মাদ্রাসা তুলতে চেয়েছিল, এখন সারা গুষ্টিসহ নিজেই উঠে গেছে।
